Shipping And Returns

When there's a need to change or cancel an order, please provide the following information when you contact us:

Please Include The Following Information:

  • The name on the sales invoice and the invoice number
  • The day and date the order was placed
  • The model of the item(s) you wish to change or cancel
  • If you're cancelling the order, include the reason

    Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fees. Upon inspection, damaged or defective items are excluded from this restocking fee. (All products are carefully quality checked prior to despatch.)

    It is a condition of return that authorisation is given by us via email prior to any goods being returned.

    Undeliverable or Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. In the event that an order is either undeliverable or refused, the delivery address of the order will be black listed in our system as invalid which will prevent future orders from being shipped to that address. (We always aim to be fair and co-operative.)

    Refunds will be credited after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

    Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. There are No Exceptions.

    Delivery Methods:

    We pride ourselves on our excellent value and affordable prices and only apply a minimum order value of 5.00 for free delivery.We use Royal Mail Recorded 1st class Delivery that is FREE and also offer Special Next Day Delivery of your item at an additional charge, this is recommended if it is urgently required.

    All scheduled shipments are usually only despatched on business days, Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to change our Shipping and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
